The Administration of Urban Growth and Development: Rosario between 1890 and 1910

The demographic growth of the city of Rosario and its incipient industrialization in the last decade of the nineteenth century and first of the twentieth, created new problems for the city government, which are studied here through the reports of intendents, who explain their actions in them.
