Cordoba between 1880 and 1914: factors which determined its urban transformation

A detailed study the urban change in Cordoba, Argentina, from the middle of ,the nineteenth centry. A demographic boom, strong economic growth, and the railway produce an increase in commercial and industrial activities, sustained by foreign investments, all of which bring about important urban modification which evolve in three stages: 1869-88, 1888-95, 1895-1914.
