Oral history as an instrument of social analysis. Some recent contributions

After defining oral history as a complementary or an alternative source for history, the authors offer a model of questionnaire which they have used in their research on Spanish emigration to America, and survey the use of oral history in different countries such as the United States, Mexico, Great Britain, Spain, Argentina and Chile.
